We can say that Onboarding is a journey of integration of the employee in the company. It goes far beyond the place where the employee will perform their duties. Onboarding is where employees realize the fulfillment of promises made in the hiring process and prepare themselves to have a high performance.
In addition to traditional Onboarding, we have remote ones, as many companies are expanding their teams with people from different places working from home. The leader needs to be familiarized with the most diverse types of Onboarding and make the presentations as exceptional as possible.
