Why?

Though sleeping looks like no rocket science, there is more to it than just resting your head on a pillow and closing your eyes. According to Lana Adler, good sleep is often associated with the amount of time one gets to sleep every night. Although it is true, time is not the only factor that influences a good night's sleep. Hand in hand with sleep quantity walks sleep quality. The author says that good, healthy sleep includes: - Sleeping quickly, right after getting to bed. - Sleeping continuously and uninterruptedly. - Sleeping efficiently, wasting less time trying to sleep, and sleeping in fact. - Sleeping at the same time every day. - Sleeping satisfactorily, measured by how well-rested you feel when you wake up the following day. So keep in mind that a good night’s sleep is about quantity and quality!
