Why?
⦿ Make it short!
A good resume will be no more than 4 pages long! In case you make it too extensive, it is likely, if not certain, that the person who reads it will skim and skip pages or simply toss it in a bin.
⦿ Make it interesting!
You should make it relevant to the job you are applying for. Even though it means a little more work, highlighting the experience and knowledge you will bring to this particular job increases the chances of landing an interview!
⦿ Make it easy to read!
You have to write in plain English, use lists and tables, and focus on key points, not all details.
