A great psychologist called Daniel Goleman says that Emotional Intelligence is related to self-awareness and realizing how vital every feeling is. While talking to people is essential to have self-management and separate the emotions so they won’t disturb the execution of the work, and when necessary, we use these feelings to learn what we need from them.
