Also, word choice is crucial, so if you have time and need to talk to someone, try scheduling a meeting and practice what you want to say. It surely can help you when getting your message across to customers.
Another great tip is to become a reader. Books are great for improving vocabulary.
While choosing the best words, remember to be clear and ask yourself what words will get you straight to the point you want to make. Avoid giving information repeatedly, be concise.
