Blind people display microexpressions the same way as sighted people.

Some of our basic expressions are innate, not learned, which means blind people display them the same way. Also, they are universal across cultures. Dr. Ekman conducted tests to confirm this theory by traveling to different countries and remote tribes and found that they expressed emotions the same way.
