Why?

Explanation: Have you ever noticed a person crossing their arms during a conversation? It can be a signal of boredom. Our body language is exceptionally essential while talking to people. We express our feelings better than using spoken words, and sometimes we can use it in our favor to have better conversations. Now, I will show you some gestures that would be better to avoid: → Crossing arms: this may express you are on the defensive. It would be better to put your arms at your sides. → Breaking eye contact all the time: show you're nervous or untrustworthy. → Put the hands on the hips: It may show aggressiveness. Remember, you are not trying to fight. → Nodding too much: Even when this gesture aims to show that you are listening, doing that too much will make you a bobblehead doll. Do it once in a while, not all the time. Check this video about Body Language, get in touch with it: https://youtu.be/1sfM-xx7tHI
