Why?

I know it sounds obvious, but keeping a straight face when you’re under pressure is easier said than done. Even when the environment is not very welcoming and when the interviewer is not very friendly, avoid crossing your arms and sulking. You don’t have to look like a psycho and smile throughout the whole thing, but try to look positive and warm.
