Why?

HR departments are increasingly relying on AI (Artificial Intelligence) to communicate with candidates. As a result, according to research conducted within the scope of the 2016 North America Candidate Experience Awards, over 50% of candidates wait for more than two months to hear back from potential employers, and only 20% of them receive an e-mail from an actual person. If we consider telephone calls, the number is even more alarming: only 8% of candidates get a call from an actual person.
