Why?

It is easy to get distracted, so try to pay attention to what distracts you from your work and be sure to avoid anything that uses much of your time. For example, if you know you will be distracted by notifications, turn them off on your phone and computer. Also, try to stay away from social media and keep your email closed until you're ready to check it. If you see notifications, you will feel the need to read them, so be careful!
