Does anyone have any advice or knowledge about free courses you can take to learn how to be more tech savvy? Also, anyone know a company hiring remote workers or a website I can visit? Thx!

I’m looking for any information that would be helpful in order for me to land a remote position with a reputable company that appreciates and values a great employee. I don’t have much experience in the IT world but works like to learn more about the top jobs and also we’re I can go to get training or if you know anyone that might teach me anything related to technology. I am pretty tech savvy, however, not enough knowledgeable or expensive in the fields that are hiring. I am looking for someone free but effective in order to learn what i need to to be successful.
