Before being judgmental or critical when your coworker isn't doing all their duties and is overloading you with work, try turning the tables and putting yourself in their shoes. You don't know what might be happening, if they need help, or if someone in their family is sick. Ask them if they're doing all right, tell them how you're feeling, and listen to what they have to say!
