Interviews might differ in big and small companies. In small stores, you will probably be asked about your motivation, schedule flexibility, and past job experience. If you make a good impression, they will likely hire you. In big stores, on the other hand, you will most likely be asked some behavioral questions and maybe a personality test. In big companies, the competition is higher, and you will deal with a specialized HR department and interviewers. That's why it's essential to study the company and the job position beforehand, so you know what to expect when you go to the interview.
