Why?

The interviewer might not consider you for a position in a company you know nothing about. Also, you can't show how much you want the job if you don't have any basic information about it. They might think you are not genuinely interested or serious about the opportunity. So be sure to take some time and look for information about the company. There are some ways you can do it: ✅ Go to the company's website and check the "About us" page, look for any relevant information about the job you are applying for; ✅ Read recent news or press releases on Google News search; ✅ Find LinkedIn connections and reach out to them to try to get some tips to help you; ✅ Check the company's social media accounts to learn more about its culture.
