Why?

People may say that we can't select the kinds of fats, but it's not right. But it may be a misunderstanding. They stopped thinking about low-fat diets and realized that we need to eat the right fats that benefit us over time. Here we are going to split the fats into three groups: • The good ones, named unsaturated fats, are present in vegetable oils (olive, sunflower, canola, soy, and corn), nuts, seeds, and fish. They are not offensive to our bodies and don't present risks of diseases. • The bad ones, named trans fats, we can find mostly in processed food. They increase the risks of diseases, even eating in a small quantity. • Even being not so dangerous as trans fats, the saturated ones are not so good as the unsaturated ones. We can eat food with this kind of fat but moderated. We find them mostly in red meat and dairy. It is good to eat the right types of fat because it helps the body absorb vitamins A, D, and E. As they are fat-soluble, we only absorb them with the help of fats.
