Make sure to lean on your loved ones, family and friends to help you get through this. They can help keep you on track when things get hard. Put a system in place that will work for you. Is it weekly coffee dates with your bff to check in and see how things are going? Maybe it's a call from mom a few times a week? Whatever works for you, set it up right away. There will be a time when you'll need it, and if it's already routine, then it will be easier to push through.
If it's a work problem, ask a trusted coworker to go through things with you at the beginning of each new step.
