Why?

When you have a lot of information around, you can feel easily distracted by them, affecting your productivity. So, by creating a calm environment, you will be more productive and feel more at ease. In her book, Joy at Work, Marie and her co-author even refer to studies that prove how clutter can affect how you work. So, what can you do? Well, you first identify the items that contribute to your activities and are crucial. Then, find a special place just for them so you always know where they are and can access them easily.
