It's important to be in the right mindset when dealing with challenging customers. Thus, whenever you face a similar situation, remember to take deep breaths and use a familiar calming strategy to put yourself back into a healthier mental attitude. Remember never to let customers push your buttons, too. Otherwise, you won't be able to provide good customer service and will be unlikely to behave professionally.
