Why?

Thinking that you always have to change your mind to avoid the tension with the opposites is not precisely accurate. Holding the tension of the opposites means accepting people are different. Yet, the world is different, and opinions will differ from yours several times. However, taking this does not mean you will have to completely change your mind, thoughts, or ideas if you are not willing to. It only means that you should try to understand others and why they think or act the way they do to avoid tension. When you get to this point, you assume the opposites can peacefully coexist. You do not spend your time and efforts trying to convince others that this or that opinion or idea is the right one. By doing so, you can spend more time on the tasks you have at work, which may help you increase your effectiveness while working in a team.
