Why?

Principle #1 You obviously know your company's values and stand for them. But it is essential to know your customer and their values as well. According to Matt Watkinson, to offer a service that appeals to your customers, you got to know as much as you can about them. Here are some sample questions that can be answered through keen observation: ⦿ Use value: Do all our customers want a product that performs the same function? What are these functions? ⦿ Exchange value: Do all our customers have the same budget or willingness to pay? What are these price points? ⦿ Sign value: Do all our customers want to say the same things about themselves? What exactly is the message? The answer to these questions will help you provide a customer experience that reflects their self-image and personal values.
