Hasn't Amazon done that when coming up with a cloud computing service (AWS)? Still, we cannot overlook the fact that innovation has to be driven by the desire to stand out and the end-users needs. Innovation is meaningless without being customer-centered! Reflect upon the questions below: ○ What made your product/service relevant? Does it still make you relevant in the market, or are you doomed to become a has-been? ○ Is your customer going to be satisfied with the innovation implemented? ○ Is it relevant to your customer?
