Making a great first impression is essential to connect to customers. So, try your best to answer them right after the second ring or send them to your voicemail right after the fourth. Also, greeting the customers is crucial, and a good greeting follows four steps:
A good example would be: "Thank you for calling Sabido.com, this is Mário, how can I help you?."
Another important thing is asking your customers' names and using them during the call; everybody loves to be noticed!
