Why?

By the end of the call, you both must be on the same page, so be sure to summarize every information you passed on to the customer. Make everything clear, so they understand you effectively. Never make promises you can't keep and fulfill those you have made. If the customer leaves with a positive impression, they will be glad to contact you again.
