It's normal to be nervous when waiting to hear back from the company after an interview, but some things might help you feel more at ease:
→ Always ask about the next steps before leaving the meeting; they will probably give you an estimated date;
→ Write a non-pushy and quick email if you don't hear from them, wait for about a week and keep it light;
→ You can also try to talk to someone from inside the company. It might not get you that response faster, but it might make you feel more calm and relaxed;
→ If you still don't hear back from the company, it's better to move on and let it go. Sending many emails might make you appear unprofessional and get in the way of getting the job. Stay calm and focus on things that you can control.
