Why?
Make a To-Do list; it will be your most extensive daily guide. In it, you can sort tasks by priority, so you will not “forget” unpleasant activities. Always keep a plan, because then you will know where to start and soon you will finish. An important tip is to be aware of when you are more productive to make the tasks more difficult for these moments. Guarantee rewards for yourself, so every time you achieve a goal, you’ll feel good.
