I need to give opportunities to the team to keep them inspired and motivated.

Give a person two options: 1) To be in charge of something, but working the same way for the rest of their lives, or 2) Evolve within the company, making progress and improving their abilities. Which one do you think they would choose? To be recognized in the job is essential because the team members will work harder to get better results when they know it will give them more benefits.
