It is crucial to check if your sales and strategies are working well frequently, and a regular analysis schedule is helpful. Through this analysis, you will find what happens in the sales process and identify how to solve possible issues. Keep updating your sales system, but the whole thing, because every part of the process has to be on the same page to keep things working and avoid failure. When we talk about growth techniques, we have to discuss them from the inside. Why don't you look for improvements inside of the company instead of putting something new together?
