I need to know and understand my performance history before the interview.

In any type of interview, be it online or in person, chances are you will be asked questions you didn't prepare for. That's why it's essential to know and to understand your performance history so you will feel more prepared to answer any question. Think about: → Your strengths and weaknesses; → Successes and failures; → Achievements; → Awards; → Resumé; By doing so, you will start to notice a trend in your performance history and will better think of specific examples to support your answers during the interview.
