This is essential to plan the day as accurately as possible! You can do that based on your own past experiences, and it's okay to adjust them as you get used to the method. Remember that bigger tasks require more planning since they are more challenging to fit in a time slot, but you can break them into smaller tasks. Also, think about possible interruptions that may occur and adjust your boxes accordingly. Just be careful with the "planning fallacy" and try to be realistic when planning your schedule.
