Why?

What if there are five tasks to be delivered with the same priority? What to do? In our experience, finding a dilemma like this is indeed a dreadful headache, but we can seek solutions and answers. When you need to prioritize some task, you can ask yourself: - If I had to reduce my workload, what would I do first? - How much time can I spend on each activity? - How can I speed up my work without losing quality?
