Why?

If you have pets, it's better to keep your foster separated from them. Orphan kittens have vulnerable and small bodies that can be not only injured but also susceptible to illness. Also, you often won't know the kitten's health history, which could put your pets at risk. But if you plan to introduce your pets to your fosters, you should consider a 12-14 days quarantine before doing so. Keep in mind that introductions can be stressful for everyone, so consider keeping them separate for their health, safety, and happiness. Photo by Raul Varzar on Unsplash
