Going "above and beyond" for every customer requires expending a lot of physical and mental energy and, even at the best of times, it's tiresome to provide an outstanding level of customer service. And, after challenging customer experiences, it's completely normal to feel exhausted and need some me-time.

It doesn't have to be anything extraordinary – simple things like listening to a podcast, meditating, spending some quality time with your loved ones are more than enough to help you feel refreshed.
