Why?

Working multitasking or spending hours typing a report drains your energy, and you lose focus, decreasing your productivity and accumulating stress. The Time Focus technique aims to reduce these impacts by removing distractions and increasing performance without draining their energy. It consists of: - 5 minutes break every 30 minutes of work, four times a day; - After the fourth session, take a 30-minute break. This way, you will save your energy and not lose focus on work. This technique is functional when you already have all activities planned and in order of priority.
