Neglecting your social life can harm your mental health in the long run. The hours we spend with our loved ones keep us hanging in there when we are at duty. So share a daily meal with family and interact with others in your free time. Most security guards spend their work time alone, so don't waste the opportunity of connecting to your cherished ones.
