MISTAKE #08: Asking "Anything else?"
When you ask your customer this question, you basically finish the sale. You might be losing your big chance of offering something they didn't know they wanted or needed. To solve this problem, you can use suggestive selling, also known as upselling. You can use this technique to suggest an additional item to your customer or recommend something they might like. It increases your sales and helps you build rapport with customers!
