Why?

There are many ways you can monitor what buyers are writing online. To do so, you can set automated alarms to be sent to you when your business is mentioned using Google Alerts, which can be sent daily, weekly, or as-it-happens; there are also other tools such as Chatmeter or Steprep. Another crucial platform to pay attention to is Twitter, and you can use TweetDeck or Tweetbeep. If you feel like you are not monitoring every relevant website, you can always ask your customers what sites they use to find businesses like yours. Photo by Volodymyr Hryshchenko on Unsplash
