Why?

Contempt Microexpression: → One side of the mouth is raised; → This is the only microexpression that is asymmetrical. When people display this expression, they might be feeling superior or right in an argument. It can be a bad sign when coming from customers since it might indicate they lost respect or appreciation towards your business. Bad experiences can evoke this emotion, so, like always, listen to them! Pay attention to what they have to say and offer solutions, show what you and your store have to offer, get feedback and bring them back!
