By the time you hire the best salesperson, you must take into account some points. First of all, the job description is more important than we think. If you describe the job duties and how people will perform the tasks, it will save you time. Describe the aptitude and attitude required for the job, and put as many details as possible. You will look for a person that has reliability, mental ability, and emotional stability. A salesperson is good at their job when they are: - compensated; - challenged; - mentored; - promoted; - involved; - appreciated; - valued; - trusted; - empowered.
