Now that you've tracked how you are currently spending your time, it's time to take a close look at it. 1) What are you spending most of your time doing? 2) How much time do you spend sleeping? 3) What time of day do you seem to get the most done? 4) What is the number 1 thing that you "waste" time doing and how many minutes/hours are wasted each day doing it? Please note that it's not a waste of time if you feel it's important. 5) How much of what you intended to get done did you actually finish?
