Now you will need to brainstorm a massive list of everything that you have on your plate. Every item that is not yet finished but has to be. Don't include daily tasks in this list.
Once you've written down every little thing, then go through and highlight the things that you'd like to prioritize. Then, write out a second list from "most important" to "least important".
Now you need to decide what your "non-negotiables" are. These are the things that you aren't willing to give up no matter what. For example, eating dinner with your family each night, or devoting 1hr to family time. It could be going to the gym for 1hr 3x per week. Things like that.
