Why?

This isn't a good idea. If you only work to your strengths, then you will begin to have gaps in your skills, and your weaknesses will get more pronounced. What you SHOULD do, however, is ask for someone who is strong in that area to look over what you've done and make suggestions. This way everyone is sharing the work, but you are also seeking guidance from the people with expertise in that field. They will feel important, and you will learn and grow. Your team will get closer this way, too.
