Why?

Of course, balancing, signing off, and heading home would be a short end-of-shift procedure description. But you have got the picture! Basically, to balance the cash at the end of the day, you should: ▷ Separate the cash flow; ▷ Print out the point of sale reading; ▷ Add up the money and compare it to the reading; ▷ Investigate any discrepancies; ▷ Record the takings and handle them to the supervisor;
