Why?

Using inadequate postures will usually waste energy and potentially increase your risk of getting hurt. As a deli clerk, you should be alert and have the energy to perform the required tasks. One way to keep it going throughout your shift is to change position frequently and stretch between tasks. It helps to lessen fatigue and keep good circulation.
