Why?

The answer is NO. These terms are always mistaken as synonyms, and it is no different with procrastination, which is poorly seen by many, and then confused with laziness, which is quite different. Lazy people do nothing despite the similarity in postponing things and leaving them to the last second, and they’re okay with it. On the other hand, procrastinators want to do what they're supposed to but find it challenging to start them. Relaxing has the purpose of recharging our energy, while procrastination drains the power of the person. So the less energy, the more stressed and depressed you get, consequently you end up postponing your responsibilities even more. The opposite of procrastination is doing things, resting, dealing with your tasks, and being happy. If you like this content, check the website https://procrastination.com/what-is-procrastination.
