Retail salespeople have to juggle customers, and at the same time, attend to their other store duties.

Retail associates must be able to work with multiple customers at once while dealing with other duties. They also must be able to prioritize, so it’s important to listen well to customers and prioritize those with the most urgent requests or those that could be helped quickly.
