Self-regulation is how we deal with our feelings and thoughts. That is, it will be linked to our self-awareness. It is essential to know how to react to the most diverse situations and put emotions apart from the environment. We can’t take a work problem home and vice versa. When we organize our moments and feelings, we learn to deal better with everyday situations. Nobody likes to be attended by a cranky person. We get uncomfortable, and sometimes we don’t even come back to the place because of them.
