According to him, you can do this by:
☆ Maintaining eye contact;
☆ Keeping a calm facial expression;
☆ Avoiding excessive nodding and smiling;
☆ Sustaining an upright and open posture.
Also, Johnson recommends avoiding:
☆ Eye rolls;
☆ Fixed stares;
☆ Clenched fists;
☆ Folded arms;
☆ Personal space invasion.
