Why?

No need to beat yourself down, but sometimes we do let our nerves get the best of us. Self-knowledge is important. If you feel an interview is becoming unbearably overwhelming, take a few seconds to assess the situation and determine how important a role your anxiety is playing in the way you’re feeling. This will help you see the situation through more objective lenses, which will ultimately incur in more balanced responses on your part.
