Why?

The first exercise is to tense and release all the major muscles in your body. This may seem odd because when you're stressed, your muscles are already tense, right? True, but by the end of this exercise you will have RELEASED all of these muscles, so you will feel much more relaxed! To do this excercise: - Start from your feet and tense them as much as you can, hold it for a second and then release. - Continue doing this with your calves, thighs, butt, shoulders, abs and hands. -Then close your eyes and press very tight, then let go. - When you release the tension each time, really enjoy the feeling of your muscles relaxing. This exercise is a good way to bring yourself back into the moment. You may look a little funny though, so try and make sure that you are somewhere where no one will see your butt tensing!
