Why?

Fainting may be a good way out of embarrassing situations in movies and soap operas, but it won’t help you land a job. According to Hedges, when it comes to negatively-framed questions, it’s best to be specific than to give margin to your interviewer’s imagination. If you’re too vague, they’ll always fill in the blanks in your story with the worst possible assumption. However, you should also watch out not to taint your image. You can do that by describing the situation in an objective and non-judgemental way, explaining why it occurred and how it was solved in the end. If you’re wondering what other negatively-framed questions you might be faced with, here’s a short list with some of them: – Tell me about your worst client. – Point three flaws in your superior’s behavior. – What were the problems in your previous company? – What are your weaknesses?
